Position Overview and Responsibilities

As a Design Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Visiting clients’ homes to showcase and represent our high-quality products and services.
Driving to and from appointments and carrying samples from our mobile showroom into clients’ homes.
Positively and ethically presenting product offerings and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Providing detailed quotes and managing the entire sales process, including:
- Conducting final walkthroughs with clients.
- Collecting final payments.
- Taking completion photos.
- Requesting customer reviews and referrals to help grow the business.
